• Seamless connectivity and synchronization with third-party apps like Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Strava, and more

It's worth noting that the COROS app allows you to sync steps, heart rate, and other data to Apple devices using HealthKit. However, please be aware that continuous background use of GPS may result in decreased battery life.
